End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GSMPROX Cloud Private Limited.

1. Grant of License

GSMPROX Cloud Private Limited grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the software or make the software available to any third party.

3. Updates and Support

From time to time, GSMPROX Cloud may provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the software, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features. You agree that GSMPROX Cloud has no obligation to provide any Updates, or continue to provide or enable any particular features.
